This 2 day course is designed for those who will have a responsibility within their organisation to assess and manage all aspects of Risk Assessment. The course will explore the consequences of poor risk assessment and assist you to develop an action plan to address your risk assessment requirements. It will assist and enable you to design safer systems or work for others to follow. Delegates will have the opportunity to use a wide range of Assessment tools.

The course is delivered by a Risk Management Consultant with over twenty years knowledge of managing and advising in the Social Care Sector. The trainer invites delegates to bring in existing Risk Assessment documentation to the sessions in order to evaluate their effectiveness. There is practical elements to this course giving the delegates the opportunity to complete generic and specific Risk assessment documentation. On completion delegates will receive risk assessment templates designed for Social Care Sector.
